Vegan Cookie Bark
350° degrees
Prep time- 15 minutes
Cooking time- thirty minutes, to your desire crispiness
Ingredients•
{mix wet ingredients separate from dry ingredients}
• ¾ cup Trader Joe’s cookie butter
• ¼ cup room temperature coconut oil
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
{mix for a good minute, add vanilla extract thirty seconds towards the end}
{add in dry ingredients now}
• 1 package of oats (add more to your desired taste)
• 1 cup unbleached wheat flour
{last bits are crucial}
• ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (add more almond milk for moist and softer cookies)
• ¼ Pecan halves (or more)
• 1 cup cranberries or raisins
** If you are allergic to nuts then use another infuser/meshing ingredient such as bananas ***
{note; I use all organic product in my cooking, for a healthier version lessen the brown sugar and cookie butter measurements}
